We will come out, look at your project and advise you on the best way to get your project done. Sometimes an architect is necessary, and we can recommend the right one for you. Many times, we can draw a set of plans in-house.
After the first visit, we will give you a rough estimate. If you want to move forward with the project, we will move to step 2.
We normally schedule the free consultation on week days around the lunch hour (11am – 2pm) for your convenience.
Step 2: Walk Through
We will have a “walk-through” with our key subcontractors so they can see the job with their own eyes and give you the best possible price. This is also a great way to meet the people who will be working on your home!
Step 3: Final Proposal
Once we receive all the proposals from our subscontractors, we will present the Final Proposal to you. If you would like to move forward we will schedule a day to make your selections at the various suppliers (plumbing, electrical, paint, flooring, etc) and we will accept your downpayment.
You can see the level of detail we put into each Final Proposal below. Most other contractors don’t even come close. But we do this to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises!
